James Breeze is founder and CEO of Breeze Financial Group. Jim Began his work in the financial services industry in 1992.
Jim’s focus is on wealth management and estate planning for individuals, families and business owners. Jim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with a minor in Psychology from Southern Oregon University.
He currently holds his insurance license for property, casualty, life and health, having completed the Series 6 & 63 registration, is a Registered Representative with KMS Financial Services, Inc., a broker/dealer.
Jim’s biggest claim to fame is being a father to his five children, Bo, Brady, Bryson, Brock, and Brenna, sharing all this with his wife Christy.

John A. Marcelia | Vice President
John Marcelia is the Vice President of Breeze Financial Group. Prior to joining Breeze Financial Group in 2001, John was a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in Medford, Oregon.
John focuses on retirement planning and wealth management for corporations across the United States along with individual planning for their employees. With his background in sales, marketing, and financial planning, John is well suited to assist his corporate clients and their employees with their financial needs.
John received his B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington. He has his Series 7, 66 and is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisory Representative with KMS Financial Services, Inc., a broker dealer and registered investment advisor. He currently holds his life and health insurance license.
John resides in Medford, OR with his wife, Ruth.

David F. Cuttrell | Vice President
David Cuttrell is the Vice President of Breeze Financial Group. Prior to joining Breeze Financial Group in 2001, David was a Branch Manager with Washington Mutual.
David heads up the employee benefits department of Breeze Financial Group. His extensive background in benefit plan designs allows each client to receive the proper fit for their group. David received a football scholarship from the University of Oregon and was a member of the 1994 Rose Bowl team.
He graduated with a B.S from the University of Oregon. David currently holds his Health and Life Insurance licenses and is working on his Series 7 registration.
David resides in Medford, Oregon.

Damian Jackson | Employee Benefits Specialist Damian
Jackson is an Employee Benefits Specialist. Prior to joining Breeze Financial Group in 2003, Damian was an athletics recruiter for the Weber State Football program.
Damian focuses on the administration and servicing of group benefits for corporations throughout the Northwest. Damian specializes in group voluntary products.
With a background in coaching and teaching, Damian is well suited to assist his clients in solving all of their employee benefit needs! Damian earned a football scholarship to University of Montana and after his four years of football he finished his Bachelors Degree in Health & Physical Education at Southern Oregon University. Damian then went on to receive his Master’s Degree in Education and he currently holds his Health and Life insurance licenses.
Damian lives in Medford, Oregon with his wife Sherry and their three children Kiya, Dasan and Tehya.

Cathy J Mendell | Income Specialist

Prior to joing Breeze Financial Group, Cathy was a Senior Executive for 25 years with a fortune 500 company. Additionally, she is a founder and Vice President in two start-up companies.
Cathy has taken her passion for business leadership to a new level in assisting individuals in their financial success. Cathy is a relationship-based planner recognized by her clients for quality advice, effective implementation, and superior service. Dedicated to the highest ethical standards, she provides comprehensive financial and insurance services.
Cathy resides in Bend, Oregon with her husband Arlan.

Richard Chaffee | Senior Products Consultant
Richard Chaffee specializes in insurance based products deisgned to benefit Seniors. From Medicare to Long-Term Care, Richard has diligently studied the regulations and advantages for Seniors. Prior to joining Breeze Financial Group in 2006, Richard was working as an independant agent. Richard, being heavily involved in the Senior market, has many personal experience dealing with the unique challanges facing Senior.
He spends his days providing his services to Senior throughout the Northwest. Richard received a BA from Pacific Lutheran University before serving our country as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard. He currently holds his Health and Life insurance licenses.
Richard lives in Medford, Oregon with his wife Shirley, keeping them close to their two grandchildren Madison and Justine.

Jay Reese | Insurance Consultant
Jay Reese joined Breeze Financial Group in August of 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Jay worked most his life as a sports radio and television announcer. He remains active as a member of the Beaver Sports Network announcing Oregon State University baseball. Jay specializes in group, and individual health and life insurance protection, and in new business development for Breeze Financial Group. He is a licensed State of Oregon Life and Health Producer-Agent.
Jay graduated from Medford Senior High School, and attended college at Western Oregon, Southern Oregon, and Arizona State University. He also officiated NCAA college basketball at the Division-I level, and was in the NBA development system working summer leagues, and exhibition games.
Jay has a daughter Taylor, and is grandfather to Aria.
